Spindle Mount Plate Replacement for CNC3018

I created this Replacement Plate to fit my CNC3018's Spindle Mount, as my 500w Spindle Upgrade required a new Mount that fits perfectly. When I upgraded my Spindle to the powerful 500w model, the old Mount no longer accommodated it. To solve this issue, I designed and printed this Replacement Plate. It worked flawlessly, allowing me to upgrade my CNC3018's performance. One note: you may need to expand the hole for the threaded rod in the middle slightly using a Dremel. This modification is relatively minor but ensures a secure fit. To attach the Metal Part that came with the Spindle Upgrade, I used MS-Glue instead of relying on screws in plastic. This approach provides added stability and peace of mind. To reuse the golden ring from the old Mount, simply tap it out with a Hammer. This ring serves as a guide for the threaded rod.
