Vacuum Shoe - 80mm Spindle Connection This unit attaches to the CNC Spindle using a compression connection, making it quick and easy to attach or detach the vac shoe from the CNC machine. Several versions of the knob are available for manual adjustment and securement, either by wrench or manually. I highly recommend printing the Compression Ring 4 with TPU filament. The third version of the Compression Ring, featuring dilatation cuts, can be printed using the same filament used for the rest of the Vacuum Shoe. A 4-inch vac line is available in both flat and helix versions. The Brush Holder connects to the Vacuum Shoe via four Elastic Connections. A linear brush can be secured with M4 bolts or customized. If a linear brush is not accessible, use textile or foam/plastic material instead. The recommended length for the linear brush is approximately 580mm, with a maximum base thickness of 7mm.
