Two options are available - sharp spikes and not-so-sharp spikes. A Cura profile is included for those who want to check the print settings. My printer seems to work well with these machine settings: M82: This enables absolute extrusion mode. M201 X836 Y836 Z668 E836: This sets the acceleration.
