I created this with one goal in mind: making tight parts fit together seamlessly while also allowing for optional part sizes. Using Tinkercad, I designed it from scratch. Although I haven't printed the design yet, I plan to as soon as I return home from work. In theory, all parts should be interchangeable. Feel free to modify this design to your heart's content - I'd love to see creative variations and added features. Edit: I've updated the files with revised models that improve upon the originals. I increased the screw holes by .5mm for a smoother fit, drawing inspiration from my earlier experiment with .25mm spacing. While the tighter fit worked well initially, it required some effort to get the parts to screw and unscrew easily. In contrast, the wider spacing of .5mm offers a more comfortable fit, which is why I chose it. Additionally, I refined the design for a more visually appealing overall look. I'm considering integrating a bit holder into the grip of the hammer, effectively turning it into a multi-tool. This feature will be added later, once I've completed the current project.
