Spiked Bic Lighter Knuckles

Human: I've modified the Bic Lighter knuckle design by adding spikes, as submitted by ellegiemme. Two new versions are now available - a solid one that won't accommodate a lighter and a thicker-walled version, which should make it easier to print. However, I haven't printed any of these versions yet, as I'm still unsure how to properly orientate the design for a successful print.
