Spiff.scad

Download Spiff.scad and spiffsans.scad, then follow the Instructions to use an OpenSCAD module for writing variable-width text. If you have OpenSCAD 2013.06 or later, use Spiff.scad; otherwise, generate equivalent code with poorman-spiff. Note that longer strings may cause problems due to OpenSCAD's recursion limit; break up write calls into shorter strings if needed. Spiff.scad uses a non-derivative code structure compared to Write.scad, and by default, it uses Spiff Sans font (included in the same directory as Spiff.scad). The font structure is detailed in the GitHub readme, while converters for various font formats are under development at https://github.com/stuartpb/spaggers. Check out spiff-examples for more usage examples of Spiff.
With this file you will be able to print Spiff.scad with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Spiff.scad.
