Always on the lookout for a Spiderman Ear Gauge/Plug at stores, but never quite found one that met my standards. Stumbled upon a decent Insomniac Spiderman Logo from Thingiverse and had to remix it into a Gauge. Currently sporting 1/2 inch sizes myself, I turned the Badge into a 12mm sized circle and added two additional 1mm circles to the outer edges for a tapered effect. Not entirely sure how sizing will differ when shrunk or expanded for other sizes either. The depth of the gauge measures 6mm and lies flat without any supports. Make certain to enable "Thin Wall Printing" or your Spider design won't print inside the Plug. Took a screenshot of Cura's Shell feature, highlighting that setting for clarity. Approximately a 22-minute print time if sizing is uncertain - no significant loss there! For enhanced quality, either opt for smaller prints or slow down the process to 20mm.
