Bounds Test: Load the print and do a dry run without extruding anything to see that the print head can move across the build surface without hitting anything. To enable dry run, click on Manual Control, uncheck Easy Mode in Repetier-Host 1.06, and click the Dry Run button at the bottom right of the manual control window before printing. Don't forget to turn off Dry Run afterwards. Bed Leveling: Slice and print the model while not in dry run mode. As it prints the outer circle, adjust your bed levelling screws for X, Y, and Z so that you get a consistent print with good adhesion across the entire build area. Angular Accuracy: Print the model without dry run mode. After printing is finished, the angle of the X lines should each measure 30 degrees from horizontal when measured with a protractor, and the same goes for the Y lines. Dimensions Test: Print the model without dry run mode. After finishing print, check that the distance from center point to any outside edge is exactly 75mm. You can use this to check X, Y, or any angle in between to see out-of-round errors.
