The Landstown High School Governor's STEM & Technology Academy, under the guidance of advising instructor Jennifer Renne, showcases an impressive jewelry creation - a ring featuring a spider web with a black widow spider at its center. The black widow is a venomous North American spider symbolizing patience and creativity in Greek and Roman culture. The inspiration behind this unique design was to create a versatile ring that could demonstrate creativity through its design. The ring band has been measured accurately to fit a ring finger, while the spider web has been carefully sized to avoid falling off or becoming too large for wearability. For added convenience, the spider web can be easily removed by fitting it into a hole on the band.
