I made a simple wax seal stamper during a D&D 5e starter set adventure, The Lost Mine of Phandelver. To create it, I used envelope sealing wax, opting out of candle wax due to potential problems. Depending on personal preference for bridging or support, you can choose to print the stamp and handle components separately before gluing them together. This method provides a smoother overall finish when applying wax.
