Table or floor lamp with stove-enamelled sheet metal reflector specifically designed to accommodate a unique horizontal spot light bulb. A plastic joint enables the reflector to adjust its tilt position. In 1967, Spider earned the Compasso d'Oro award. This design is now part of permanent collections at the Milan Triennale, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Kunstmuseum in Düsseldorf, and the "Neue Sammlung Museum" in Munich. It made a notable appearance at the "Italy: The New Domestic Landscape" exhibition in New York in 1972.
