Spider-Man Homecoming Working Web-shooter (inspired by JLaserVideo's lighter webshooter)
thingiverse
I'm working on a web-shooter inspired by JLaserVideo's design that uses lighters as custom cartridges. It's still in the theoretical phase, but I've got all the parts designed and ready to print. My printer isn't cooperating at the moment, so I'll have to wait until it's fixed before I can test it out. If you decide to give it a try, please let me know if you encounter any issues or have suggestions for improvement. To make the lighters work as cartridges, you'll need to modify them first. The tutorial by JLaserVideo shows how to do this from 3:38 to 4:00 minutes in. Then, from 10:42 to 11:21, he explains how to fill the modified lighters. I've successfully printed all parts of the webshooter and tested it with the lighters. However, I've noticed a few problems that need fixing. The trigger doesn't rotate down far enough, and the little peg on the end isn't long enough to press the lighter properly. I'm working on making these changes and will upload the updated files soon.
