Spider Legs

This is a design for spider legs that you can insert into fruit or vegetables to create a fun spider or ant, etc... I used these in pumpkins to create spider pumpkins. I recommend cutting a pilot hole and spacing out the legs to avoid splitting the item you are sticking them into. The pilot hole doesn't need to be the whole length of the spike and needs to be smaller than the diameter of the spike. My pilot holes where cone shaped which appears to work very well.
