Spider Leg B-Roll Camera Stand!
thingiverse
All the cool kids are doing it these days, yes shooting tight in b-roll for their vlogs. But how do they best achieve this? We turned to Fusion 360 and 3D printing to solve the problem and now we're sharing our solution with you. When designing this, we had to make it both simple and compact. And I think we succeeded! It's really just one leg replicated three times, secured by three 1/4-20 nylon bolts. You can use metal bolts too, but they'll add a bit of weight. There's also a 20mm center 1/4-20 nylon bolt that cinches the legs to a mini-ball head. The legs are adjustable and can be moved as needed to get into tight spaces. Plus, the 1/4-20 leg bolts can be used to level or angle the platform for any desired effect. This design makes for a low-profile assembly that's easy to store and transport when you're done.
