I designed The Spice Shaker because I was fed up with limited design choices online and bulk cinnamon and ginger cluttering my kitchen counters. I required easy-to-print shakers with stable bases, so I came up with this solution. Initially, I had a more intricate version that allowed for adjustable opening sizes, but it still needs refinement. Therefore, here's the simplest version I could create in a short amount of time. I've also designed and included a precision-fitting funnel to make refills as smooth as possible. Version 2 of the cap is intended to minimize spills around the inner shaker. To print The Spice Shaker, simply invert the cap and attach it to its base. No supports are necessary; just slice and print. I created my prototypes at a resolution of 0.2, with 20% infill in wood fill.
