Create a rectangle at the precise dimensions you want on the top view. Ensure this rectangle is perfectly symmetrical by constraining it evenly from every angle. Extend that particular area downwards to form a three-dimensional shape. On the back side of your design, initiate a new sketch and project the existing part's top and sides accurately onto it. Next, draw another precise rectangle with the specified dimensions and apply similar constraints as before to ensure perfect symmetry. Bring your model to life by completing the design and extending the current portion downwards to form an extruded shape. Initiate yet another sketch and carefully add smaller openings in your work, carefully measuring and shaping each one for precision and accuracy.
