The hole in the middle is for salt grinder. It's a pretty big print, and with my ender 3 I had to change the raft size to make it smaller. I would recommend using a raft for the trays, but it is not required. I printed the trays separately from the legs. It's 6 pieces total: 2 trays, 2 short legs, and 2 long legs.
