This is my best effort to reposition my dual radial fans from a side mount. When undertaking a major overhaul of the X carriage, I also wanted to relocate the endstop switch for easier disassembly. In the time it took me to design this project along with about six crash test prints, I also acquired a BLTouch and incorporated it into the design as well. This mod is geared towards dual extruder owners, but if anyone really likes this concept and wants one for a single extruder, please provide me with the dimensions for the screw holes relative to the thru hole for the PTFE pneumatic fitting, and I'll create a quick remix and generate the STL. I'm also considering adding a second hot end on the rear of the X carriage so the printer can multitask like a pro - "pee and pooh" as they say! That said, code has already been written to enable this feature, I just need to uncomment a line of code (like in Marlin) and it's ready to roll. I printed everything at 70mm/s with 70% infill in the carriage and 100% in the duct. Print settings: Adhesion=Brim, Support=Touching Bed Only. Four M3x20mm screws are needed to mount the duct. If you have any other ideas for making the Tevo Tarantula more awesome, I'm all ears!
