The sphericon is a remarkable solid that boasts an incredibly unique characteristic - its surface can be flattened out into a developable shape without any need for cutting or tearing. This solid features two identical semi-circular edges and four vertices that form a perfect square, making it a standout among other geometric shapes. As a member of the special family of rollers, the sphericon has the remarkable ability to bring all points on its surface into contact with a flat surface when rolled. I previously made a sphericon, but this time I wanted to give it an attractive makeover that would make it even more fun to play with.
