I've created a new 3D model based on the concept shared by Thang010146 in their YouTube video (https://youtu.be/XInp3zS6Qkg). Instead of utilizing pre-existing joints, I developed my own spherical joint system using customized code. This innovative design maintains a precise 1:2 ratio between its input and output capabilities. The core components were downloaded from Sergio_BR's highly-rated Junta Esférica / Ball Joint, showcasing the potential for creativity in model reuse. With Simlab Composer 8 as my primary rendering tool, I was able to breathe life into this complex design, making the most of its powerful mechanical features. Using PhotoScape for image processing and editing tools like IrfanView allowed me to meticulously refine the visual output of my 3D model. To make this comprehensive design available in multiple formats, I exported it in Simlab Composer 8's proprietary format (SCAD), DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, FBX, Blender (with compatible extensions), and SketchUp's native SU or 3DS files. Further integration allowed for compatibility with BLENDER file specifications, while a comprehensive report in the form of 3D-PDF provides an in-depth look at the model.
