You can scale them according to your liking as long as you observe gear positions and profiles. - Pins like DIN 7 with interference fit to the base are much better for accurate positioning the gears, then threaded fasteners.- Design base structures and modify holes according to your liking and printer capabilities, as long as you achieve accurate positioning and necessary tolerances between components.- Gears are modeled according to 1.0 ISO 53:1009 Profil A, with no backlash between them. Depending on your printer quality and accuracy you can achieve necessary clearance between gears by placing shims under them, or adjusting the base structure radial dimensions.
