Spherical Burr Puzzle

I came across a captivating Spherical Burr Puzzle design on GrabCAD by trinityscsp (https://grabcad.com/trinityscsp) that sparked my interest in printing it. The original CAD files, however, presented a challenge due to their perfect geometry and lack of slack for the parts to move. To overcome this hurdle, I applied a negative surface displacement of 0.2mm to every part using Blender. The prints shown in the photos were made with PLA at a quality setting of 0.3mm and 20% infill. The pieces fit together smoothly and slide into place, and the puzzle assembles properly once completed.
