Spherical Burr Puzzle

I discovered an intriguing Spherical Burr Puzzle design by **trinityscsp** (https://grabcad.com/trinityscsp) on **GrabCAD** (https://grabcad.com/library/wheel-puzzle-wooden-toy-1), which I promptly decided to print out. However, the original CAD files presented a significant challenge - they had perfect geometry with no room for error or slack, making them unprintable in their current form. To overcome this hurdle, I utilized Blender to apply a negative surface displacement of 0.2mm to every part, effectively allowing for a smooth print. The prints showcased in the accompanying photos were produced using PLA material at a quality setting of 0.3mm and an infill percentage of 20%. Notably, the puzzle pieces moved and fit together seamlessly, and once assembled, it held its shape perfectly.
