Sphere Trisection/Dissection: Three Congruent Pieces This design presents an alluring dissection of a sphere into three congruent pieces. It's based on a Reid dissection of a cube that has garnered significant attention online (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2993980). Embedding a sphere within a cube offers endless possibilities for manipulation and experimentation. Notably, it requires three copies to recreate the entire sphere. To add more depth, I've included a shelled version as well. About Printing A small overhanging piece is present in the part design. While it prints fine on my printer, additional support may be necessary in some cases. Alternatively, you can rotate the model and print with support focused on the spherical base for better results.
