A 3D printable ball copter with counter-rotating blades can be produced using a 20cm sphere structure, even on a printer with only a 10cm (4") build space. Alternatively, you can print a 40cm sphere on a 20cm hotplate by assembling identical arcs. The assembly process requires six tie strips and takes just three minutes to complete. If the design receives enough attention, further copter details will be shared.
