As a modelling challenge for myself I made a copy of a wooden puzzle I bought on Amazon some time ago. It seems to be a classic design found in many toy puzzle collections.

In orderr to make this print without any supports I separated the two largest pieces into 3 each which needs to be assembled before solving the puzzle. They are easily identified by their lego-like plugs and holes, and the stl filename says how many of each you need to print (They end with x4 and x2, so print four and two of them). The .3mf file has everything laid out correctly already.

I made color variations by printing the whole puzzle in different colors and then swapping pieces.

Print instructions

The pieces have 0.1mm spacing and I printed at 0.15 mm layer height. When assembled the pieces are very snug, the puzzle can be rolled as a ball without falling apart.
