During Fab Academy, my assignment was to design an object that couldn't be subtractively manufactured. To tackle this challenge, I decided to transform a sphere into a three-dimensional geometric body. Important: Use support structure from build plate and Brim! Post-Printing: To ensure proper finishing, sand down the object thoroughly. How I Designed This: I utilized Fusion 360 to model and simulate the design process. The software's robust capabilities allowed me to experiment with different shapes and structures until I arrived at a satisfactory result.
