Sphere Bot
sketchfab
Let me introduce the Sphere Bot, a robot that can transform into its most stable form - a sphere - for protection or simply to roll around for fun. This versatile robot was modeled, rigged, and animated using Blender 2.77a, with textures created in 3D-Coat. Its animations include: * Rolling with ease * Opening up or idling with style * Walking at a steady pace * Running quickly * Attacking with precision * Running attacks with speed and agility * Jumping or flying through the air A test of the Sphere Bot's capabilities was conducted in Unreal 4, showcasing its potential. Here are some alternate versions of my Sphere Bot design: The Rusty Version: A weathered look adds a touch of ruggedness to this robot's design. The Wood Version: A wooden texture gives the Sphere Bot a natural and earthy feel. My name is Dennis Haupt, also known as 3DHaupt. I'm a skilled 3D artist with over a decade of experience in modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation - starting from 2008. My go-to software is Blender-3d, but I'm also familiar with 3D-Coat and other 2D and 3D programs.
