A standard poker chip holder is designed to keep track of remaining spell slots in role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons or Heroes & Dragons. I was looking for a more visual solution than dice, which I tested with different versions using d6s, one per spell level. The classic method of placing poker chips was too bulky, so I opted for a module-based design that's adaptable to your level. Each module is magnetized on the sides and can be easily added as you gain access to new spell levels. The modules contain the maximum possible slots for each spell level - 4-3-3-3-3-2-2-1-1 for levels 1 through 9. I also have neutral supports without indications at one slot, symbolizing "witchcraft points" available for certain classes like the sorcerer. The magnets used are 10x2 mm and were purchased from Amazon. They're glued with strong adhesive, which I preferred over using a glue gun that didn't work well. The printing was done without supports but with a raft to prevent detachment issues. My home printer has an accuracy of 0.2mm, and I printed at a relatively low speed to avoid missing the narrow edges around the token slots. A picture of my settings is included. A fill percentage of 25% provides sufficient weight, although it's possible to achieve similar results with lower percentages like 20% or even 15%.
