Speedy "Red Swept Wing 2" RC

This is the Large Version of the Speedy Red Swept Wing. It now has a wingspan of 1510 mm and weighs 1250 grams. Like the small wing, all sections are held together by only two cords inside the tubes. They're fixed with luster terminals on the wing ends. Only the two red middle sections, each consisting of four parts, are glued together. This allows for printing and exchanging just a few parts in case of a crash. However, it appears this method isn't secure enough for this large plane. As seen in the video, it eventually crashes. It would have been better if the parts were glued together from the start. Now there are more parts to print. It was only held in place with velcro tape. I miss the videos more than the camera itself. I've made some updates to the design: * I added templates to align the middle wing segments of the wing's center section. Print as much of a template as possible, position it diagonally and shorten only the front of it. * The openings for servo cables must be cut out before gluing the middle wing segments together. If the edges are welded with a soldering iron, the interrupted print structure will connect. * I uploaded templates to align the hole spacing for connections: + Template center at the root + Template 160 mm at the inner connection + Template 320 mm at the outer connection Print as much of these stencils as possible (diagonal), shorten it only on the front.
