Speeduino v0.3 enclosure

First take on an enclosure for a Speeduino v0.3.x board is up. The hardware required is four M3x50 cap screws and matching nuts. On December 7, 2016, the design was updated with better alignment and a version of the bottom that includes mounting feet. On March 4, 2018, minor revisions were made to fix small alignment issues with the feet, featuring thicker walls and a slightly smaller MAP hole.
