This is a gauge cushion. This is the part that mounts the gauges into the dash. The original was made from EPDM foam and is still available from Twin motorcycles. I would recommend purchasing these from twin however due to being overly frugal I could not bring myself to buy what amounts to a couple of foam O rings for $120 USD shipped so I 3d printed them instead. Recommend 3D printing from the softest printed material that your printer can manager or have them professionally printed in the softest available material. TPU is generally both waterproof and UV resistant.
