<p>After swimming in the ocean for last couple of months and meeting different underwater creatures without pictures or videos to show my wife and kids I decided that I needed to find a way to mount my Hero4 GoPro camera. Since I've been swimming with a front facing snorkel I thought it would be a good idea to mount my GoPro to the snorkel.</p><p>Printing instructions: Use support for the overhanging areas.</p><p>I modeled the GoPro mount using Rhino 3D and printed a couple of versions using my Prusa Mk3s 3D printer until finally successfully printed a great solution for filming underwater creature encounters while swimming.</p><p>The mount is assembled by pushing it down the snorkel all the way down to the head strap and inserting an M5 nut into the mount. After placing the water proof GoPro case all is left is to screw the case tight at the angle of choice.</p><p>My kids love watching my swim sessions where I find different fish, turtles and even jellyfish. </p><p> </p>
