Speedo 1.2m Hardware Pack

Here are some parts that I used to assemble my Speedo together: the kit is available here: http://thebuildrc.com/speedo-ex-1200-composite-plane-orange.html. The main issue with this kit is that the wing saddle is twisted approximately 3 degrees compared to the tail section. The Wing Saddle, which I designed first to align the wings with the tail, requires printing in rubber. Wing washers are also necessary to evenly distribute pressure from the wing hold down bolts onto the wings since they are no longer at a 90-degree angle to the bolts. Two ABS-printed parts were required for this purpose. The servo gasket is used to create space between the servo covers as my servos (Corona 919) were slightly too thick for the provided clearance. These parts, like the others mentioned, are printed in rubber. The servo mount allows you to install the elevator servo (D561MG) upside down in the cockpit, resulting in a direct straight run all the way down the elevator pushrod.
