Speedloader Pocket Holster Model J Frame
thingiverse
I was having trouble finding a reasonably-priced pocket holster for my two HKS speed loaders, so I decided to make one myself. This custom-made holster fits perfectly on two HKS model 36 speed loaders which correspond to most Smith and Wesson 5-shot .38 Special J-frame revolvers. Although it may not be the prettiest design, I've been carrying it around for two days now and it works flawlessly. It keeps my speed loaders sitting upright in an easy-to-access position, always ready to go. I made the vertical ballast a bit too high initially, but it can be easily trimmed to fit your pocket after completing the project. This holster was printed in flexible filament with supports. Since I'm still learning and new to Tinkercad, I designed this holster from scratch using this software. After carrying the holster for a few weeks, I removed the ballast entirely as well as some of the extra bulk at the other end. The updated design stays upright in your pocket without any support and is far more comfortable than before.
