Kudos to Bryant87 for putting in the hard work on this awesome design! Thanks for the contribution! This remix cleverly splits the casters into two halves so they don't require supports. Using this approach also allows you to play with contrasting colors for the hub portion of the caster. I've separated the gear ring from the drive caster, making it easy to print the gear in something tough like NylonX (The drive caster itself isn't split because it doesn't need supports). If you prefer to use a commercial gear ring, check out this remix: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3245752 No supports are required, but some cleaning of the parts is necessary for a proper fit. Glue the caster halves together. My gear ring fit perfectly when test printing it in PLA, but with NylonX it needed a lot of trimming. I'm not sure what to do for you, so I left the design as is. Expect to do some fitting of the gear ring. CasterInner refers to the inner portion of the regular caster, while CasterOuter represents the outer portion of the regular caster. CasterTInner and CasterTOuter refer to the inner and outer portions of the tensioner caster, respectively. CasterDrive is the drive caster designed to accept a replaceable GearRing.stl file, which requires 3x40mm bolts. GearRing can be printed in NylonX, but I have zero run time on it. Note: Print an extra set of tensioner casters. As the track wears in, replace the rear caster with a tensioner caster to take up slack. And yes, I'm using my remix, available at https://www.thingiverse.com/make:718080.
