speed reloader for high capacity mags
thingiverse
I created this speed reloader to overcome the difficulties I faced reloading my Glock 22 .40 (15rds) using the standard Glock reloader. The original design had a lid that pushed bullets into the magazine, but it was hard to operate and often jammed on the 15th round. To improve this, I designed a new lid with a better grip pattern. After extensive use with over 1000 rounds without any issues, the part has become worn out. However, its functionality remains intact. If you want to enhance the print quality, consider using a higher resolution. For my first prototype, I opted for a 0.3 mm layer thickness to achieve faster printing times, disregarding optimal resolution. You can use supports during printing if you're creating the part from scratch, ensuring the lid doesn't hang freely in mid-air. Alternatively, printing the part upside down is also an option, leaving it up to personal preference. Material Specifications: - Material: PLA+ - Build Time: 1 hour and 11 minutes - Filament Length: 4410.7 mm - Plastic Weight: 13.26 g / 0.03 lb - Material Cost: $0.61 Thanks for your time, and enjoy using the speed reloader!
