Speed Pad holder for V400
thingiverse
Motivaton:I need a speedpad mount that stays display inside boundary of V400 (to avoid hit the pad if it is outside pillar)The models that snaps into gaps dont work for me. Dont fit exactly or falls over... I find it too dangerousSo, I grabbed Venon´s project to use as a base and remodeled from scratch, mantaining 10º inclination in front, removing middle part and keeping almost flat from V400 facade.Hardware needed:Justs 2 nuts and 2 bolts M4 (12-20mm is fine)Design:I tried to keep usage of filament low, under 50gr, and a simple design, using chanfer instead of curves to print without support. Be gentil manipulating it. Because of offset in center of gravity not sturdy as center supported axisCheck video assembly here: https://youtube.com/shorts/VTVyae9LhaYPrint settings:Print one support and two track insiders. Remember to rotate in slicer software to flat in the table like the pictures attached. No supports are needed, I design everything under 45ºI printed in PLA with infill 30% in support and 50% in insiders. But a stronger material, like ABS, PETG probably is better.Future plans:Im planning doing a version that has a hinge to open like a door. But, for me, its working nice so far. Or, maybe, a sturdy version with more filament usage.Cheers from Brazil
