UPDATE 19-07: Propeller Complete - A Masterpiece of Build Quality! I'm thrilled with how my ABS propeller turned out, boasting an exceptional build quality that's sure to impress. Take a closer look at the white parts - it's just me fine-tuning the surface after sanding, although it was hardly necessary. As you can see, the level of detail is truly remarkable: layer height .1 mm. UPDATE 16-07: Don't forget to download the "propeller 3.stl" file! I've given the propeller a fresh new look by remodelling its entire surface from scratch. By creating two separate surfaces for the inner and outer airfoil, I was able to achieve smoother transitions and a more seamless radius. This is just the beginning - stay tuned for even more improvements! A Small but Mighty Propeller Head This innovative propeller head measures wind speed and detects drafts with ease. It's the first iteration of this project, and there's still plenty of work to be done. I'm looking forward to optimizing the airfoil shape, radius at the tip, and more - stay tuned for exciting updates!
