Speed Knob for .250 shaft

Here is a speed knob for an encoder. It makes rapid movement much more fluid. There is a central feature to allow encoder button presses. Knob is for short shafts. Knob2 is for encoders that need to hide the nut. This needs minimal supports. Making them as small as possible makes removal much easier. I added a matching knob with no speed feature at request. It is the full interior length version and is titled volume knob.
