Speed Drive EZR Struder Remix

Edit 11/8/20: I added another version of the SpeedDrive EZR remix. With this new version, the EXR-Struder will line up with the hotend in the stock position. This will probably be the better version for most people. You will want to use the SPEED_DRIVE_MOUNT_EZR_STOCK_HOTEND_POSITION.stl For People that want a version where you don't lose any X-Axis work area, they can use the Speed_Drive_Ender_3_EZR_STRUDER.stl This version will require moving the hotend forward with spacers and probably also the cooling setup. You will lose a little Y-Axis work area, but gain back quite a bit of X-Axis work area.
