Spectroelectrochemical Electrode (stand-alone)

These designs serve a general purpose, which is described in "Electrolysis Activation of Fused Filament Fabrication 3D Printed Electrodes for Electrochemical and Spectroelectrochemical Analysis". The journal Analytical Chemistry has published this paper with the DOI:10.1021/acs.analchem.9b01331. This particular part functions as a porous electrode that is slightly smaller, designed for simple placement in the "Spectroelectrochemical electrode - no electrode" setup. Researchers without access to dual extrusions 3D printing technology can use this design. We have successfully printed the electrode part using both ProtoPasta conductive PLA and BlackMagic PLA-composite filaments from 3D printing manufacturers ProtoPasta (https://www.proto-pasta.com/products/conductive-pla) and BlackMagic (http://www.blackmagic3d.com/default.asp).
