Spectre and Hydra Hand Spinner

Spectre and Hydra Hand Spinner I built these two hand spinners as a hobby project. I used small weights for both, and they work perfectly fine. On the Spectre picture, you can see version 1 and version 2. Version 1 had tremors, so I added a counterweight to make it stable. I attached a small plastic piece to seal the bottom hole (counterweight) on the Spectre model. This feature is optional; feel free to leave it off if you prefer.
