For my 3DR delta project, I considered improving the push-to-fit design over the original setup with three screws and nuts. However, I didn't pay enough attention to Richrap's part dimensions, resulting in an oversized version. Fortunately, a second version is available that should fit better. To assemble my reel, I created a loop using the reel holes and wound a section clockwise and another counterclockwise on the reel space. The motor shaft requires a flat for proper installation, and I printed mine at a 0.2mm layer size.
