I was in urgent need of a bench dog that could securely hold my work without leaving unsightly marks on its surface. The working face features an extra-wide, 1/2-inch tall surface, allowing me to adhere template tape directly to it and prevent the piece from sliding out when clamped using a tail vise. This configuration enables effortless handling of a 30-degree offset from parallel without any difficulty whatsoever.
