Two custom chain guides designed for a Specialized Rip Rock bike were created after my son's frequent chain loss while riding became a problem. The stock chain guide and chain gap couldn't be adjusted sufficiently to prevent this issue, so I developed these improved designs that allow easier adjustment of the gap. Both versions utilize the existing clamp, screw, and post from the original setup. The REV2 version ultimately proved effective for my needs. Included are both .3mf and .stl files for 3D printing your own custom chain guides. Additionally, Solidworks 2017 .prt files have been included to facilitate remixing or further modification of these designs as desired.
