Open Fusion 360 Draw a 11mm Circle Draw a polygon 8mm across the flats Extrude Draw a circle on top of the extrusion Extrude Draw wings for the wing nut Extrude down add a chamfer Save as an STL file Open the Stl file with Prusa Slicer Export to G-code and print. Have a cup of coffee with the wife while it prints(34 minutes) 5 minutes drawing and 35min printing Tighten the nut with the new tool – Job finished Scale the item in your slicer to make any size required
