I created a 3D model to attach a fly spool to my speargun using an aluminum/stainless steel fly wheel that cost $22. The wheel comes in three different versions: one is designed for JBL spearguns or other round-barrel spearguns with M5 bolts threaded directly into the barrel, another for wooden square spearguns, and a third model attaches directly to the flywheel using two M3x10mm bolts. However, the third model is only compatible with the specific flywheel linked below.
