I designed the gold sleeve with a raised inscription inspired by images of the relic. Unfortunately, I made an error and "CLAVUS" should actually be spelled as "CLAVVS," but I've decided not to go back and correct it now. It will remain a deliberate modern touch. If you decide to print this design, apply a heavy coat of primer afterwards. Once that's fully cured, give it several coats of high-quality gold spray paint for a professional finish.
