I used PLA with an infill of 100. ## Used items for 4 stands - 2x Ikea MULIGs https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/mulig-clothes-rack-white-60179434/ - 4x Generic speaker wall mount eg.: https://www.amazon.com/WALI-Adjustments-Bookshelf-Surrounding-SWM402/dp/B0784876S1/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=speaker+mount&qid=1643368575&sr=8-8 ## Used tools - Cheap hacksaw with mitre eg.: https://www.amazon.com/HAUTMEC-hacksaw-adjustable-cutting-HT0034-PL/dp/B07CSK7TCD/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=hacksaw+with+miter+box&qid=1643368792&sprefix=hacksaw+with+m%2Caps%2C158&sr=8-3 ## Build instruction 1. Disassemble the Mulig 2. Take the straight rod with threads on both ends and saw it into two pieces of 30cm. **IMPORTANT each piece must have a thread on one side. ** 3. Use the leftover piece from the middle of the straight rod for the vertical feet. Saw them into pieces of 14 cm. 4. Take the curved feet from the Mulig and stick it into the vertical rod (like in the original building instruction) 5.Thighten them with one of the 30cm pieces. 6. Take a printed 20220103_Ikea_Connector_v3 and attach it to the end of the 30cm piece (glue can be helpful). 7. Stick the 14cm feet into the other opening from the 20220103_Ikea_Connector_v3 8. Take the printed 20220103_Ikea_fuss_v2_* and put it over the end of the 14cm piece. The size of the 20220103_Ikea_fuss_v2_ (1mm or 2mm) depends on your sawing-skills. 9. Screw the generic speaker wall mount on the top part of the long rod (other side of the curved foot, where you would screw on the top part of the Mullig). 10. Attach your speaker to the mount 11. Clip the 20220103_Ikea_Kabel on the vertical rod and run the cables through the holes of the clip ## Background After we moved to our new flat we bought two Ikea MULIG Clothes rack to temporarily store our clothes. After our bedroom closet was delivered the racks were just lying around and since I wanted to buy a speaker stand for my Logitech Z906 5.1 I decided to use the MULIGs.
